1.    Organic NEB-26TM Fertilizer Additive & NEB Fertilizers
NEB-26 is an organic, environmentally friendly and non-toxic fertilizer additive that save costs and increase profits for Farmers. For most Crops*, it is used with
50% - 70% fertilizer needs. It can be mixed and applied with other chemicals. NEB-26 decreases the germination period and improves germination. It is best to apply at planting or when plants are up to 15 cm tall. For Sugar Cane, apply before 30 cm. Usage in the rainy season can result in leaching during periods of heavy precipitation. At this time, it is best to re-apply NEB-26 after 30 days; again 30 days later, if heavy rain persist. For Berries, Citrus, Tree Fruit & Vines, apply NEB-26 before flowering (at first growth). For cattle/animal feed, apply after every two or three cuttings.

Benefits:             Decrease Fertilizer Usage by 30% - 50%
                                      Save Costs & Increase Profit
More Yield & Better Quality Guaranteed

Decrease Fertilizer Usage by 30% - 50% (save costs & increase profit; more yield & better quality guaranteed).
Decrease or Elimination of Crop Diseases (panama in banana; verticillium wilt in eggplant; damping off in grapes; chlorosis in oil palm; mineral deficiency in okra, peppers & tomatoes; fusarium root rot in peppers; brown spots & rhizoctonia in potatoes; snail infestation in rice; fusarium wilt in sesame; blight & anthracnose in watermelon).

Application Rates
Shake bottle very well before use. Application Rates & Application Instruction
should be followed, in order to obtain the desired results.

Application Methods/Instructions:
Soil Activator works very well only if the Instructions are followed. An initial flooding of farmland with water cause soil percolation. This dissolve, push salts and other undesirable chemicals deep into the soil. They are displaced to deeper levels away from the roots zone, by application(s) of mixture of water and Soil Activator. This increase pH for Acidic Soils, while reducing pH for Alkaline Soils. Application of AgroFert on farmland that has been treated for salinity-alkalinity yield bountiful crops.

All Ground Crops Using Dripping System (pH between 3 and 9)
1.      First plough the soil. For first time application of Soil Activator, drip 50,000 L water per Ha, onto the affected soil. Without a holding tank, apply mixture of 1,000 L water and 10 L Soil Activator on the soil, per Ha. After this, apply 50,000 L water on the soil. With a holding tank, pour 10 L Soil Activator into the tank of 50,000 L water and apply on the soil, per Ha. In either case, sow two hours after Treatment.
2.      For second and subsequent applications, first plough the soil. Drip mixture of 50,000 L water and 10 L Soil Activator onto the soil, per Ha.

All Crops Using Sprinkle System (pH between 3 and 9)
With a holding tank, pour 10 L Soil Activator into the tank of 50,000 L of water and apply on soil, per Ha. In either case, sow two hours after Treatment.
2.      For second and subsequent applications, first plough the soil. Drip mixture of 50,000 L water and 10 L Soil Activator onto the soil, per Ha.

All Long Term Trees
1.      For each Tree, spray 20 - 30 L water around the roots area (covered by the Tree’s canopy).
2       Dilute 4 - 5 ml Soil Activator with 20 L water. Spray mixture around the roots area (covered by the Tree’s canopy), once every three months. Repeat process for each Tree.

Fruiting Trees
1.      For each Tree, spray 20 - 30 L water around the roots area (covered by the Tree’s canopy).
2.      Dilute 4 - 5 ml Soil Activator with 20 L water. Spray mixture around the roots area (covered by the Tree’s canopy), once every three months. Repeat process for each Tree.

Paddy in Non-Saline Soil
1.      Before sowing, spray/drip evenly 10 L Soil Activator into the Paddy, per Ha. Alternatively, apply through the water flow system, based on the timing of water needed to flood Paddy field. If 3 hours is required to flood Paddy, time the drip of 10 L Soil Activator to 3 hours.

Paddy in Saline Soil
1.      Before sowing drip 8 L Soil Activator per Ha, into the Paddy. Next, seven (7) days before tillering, drip another 5 L Soil Activator into the Paddy, per Ha.
2.      For spraying, dilute Soil Activator in (1) above in the ratio 1:3,000 (i.e. dilute 1 L Soil Activator with 3,000 L water). Do not spray undiluted Soil Activator on planted crop.
3.      Apply Soil Activator on every new crop (short-term or long-term), once every 3 months.

Alkaline Soil (Salt Content 0.6% and higher)
1.      For first time application of Soil Activator, drip 400,000 L water per Ha onto the affected soil. Next, apply mixture of 50,000 L water and 15 L Soil Activator, per Ha.
Caution: As Soil Activator is an organic acid and must never be used with herbicides. If it should not come in contact with human skin, eyes etc. If it does, immediately rinse with water.

Analysis of Soil Activator:
Proprietary combinations of Acids & Citric Acid (60%); Proprietary Minerals (3%), Stabilizing Additives (5%), Other Additives (10%), Moisture (20%), Organic Preservatives (2%).

4. Alpha NeemTM (Organic Insecticide-Fungicide-Pesticide)
Alpha Neem is an organic, unique, environmentally friendly, non-toxic and bio-degradable better alternative to chemical-based insecticides, fungicides & pesticides. This water-based, alcohol free, non-flammable formulation controls a wide range of mites, fungi, bacteria & insect pests and is also effective against powdery mildew disease. It works fast and contains an active herbal extract which enhance insecticide-fungicide-pesticide functions. Alpha Neem is the best and natural choice of usage for all Crops, Greenhouse & Turf applications and is better than its synthetic counterparts. Crop Yield and Soil Quality are both improved. Mosquitoes are eradicated in areas where Alpha Neem is used.

While most Neem Tree Oil products diluted with water lack emulsion stability, separating with scum at the top, organic Alpha Neem retains its homogeneous emulsion stability for more than twelve hours after mixture, as a contact Insecticide/Miticide/Fungicide/Pesticide. Unlike similar chemical-based products that are growth regulators, Alpha Neem partially derived from Azadirchata Indica (or Siamensis Azadirachta and Exceisa Azadirachta) eliminate insects, mites and pests at all stages of their development, with no built up resistance. Systemic in action, Alpha Neem can be sprayed directly on crops/leaves surface and tree branches at the first appearance of disease infestation (or applied on the soil and is absorbed by crops). It can be applied multiple times or liberally as needed. It kills, control or eliminate and is effective on over 200 pests, including but not limited to:
  • Adelgids, Aphids, Blow Flies, Cabbage Loopers, Cabbage Worms, Carpenter Ants, Carpenter Bees, Carpet Beetles, Caterpillars, Centipedes, Chinch Bugs, Clothes Moths, Cockroaches, Cluster Flies, Deer Mouse, Earwigs, Flea Beetles, Fleas, Fruit Flies, Fungi, Grasshoppers, Green Stink Bugs, Harlequin Bugs, Hemlock Wooly Adelgid, Insects, Japanese Beetles, Lacebugs, Leafhoppers, Locust, Mealy Bugs, Mildew Hyphae, Millipedes, Mites, Mole Crickets, Nematodes, Pavement Ants, Pear Slugs, Pets, Pharaoh Ants, Pigeons, Pilbugs, Powdery Mildew, Psyllids, Red Palm Weevil, Rose Mites, Rose Slugs, Sawflies, Sawfly Larvae, Scale, Scale Crawlers, Silverfish, Sowbugs, Spider Mites, Spiders, Spores, Stink Bugs, Spruce Wooly Aphid, Squash Bugs, Tent Caterpillars, Thrips, Wasps, Whiteflies, Wooly Adelgid, etc.
  • Very effective as contact Insecticide, Fungicide, Miticide & Pesticide
  • Active ingredients are from Neem Tree Seed Oil, in usage for over 5,000 years
  • Safe for use on any food crop even until harvest; non-toxic & non-hazardous

Benefits:
  • Better advantages over chemical-based Insecticides, Fungicides & Pesticides
  • Decrease in usage of chemical-based Pesticides to less than 25%
  • Urea & Nitrogen fertilizers coated with Alpha Neem release Nitrogen slowly, instead of immediately: More beneficial to Crops

  • Crop Yield Increase of 15% - 30% and larger grain size
  • Eradication of Mosquitoes by up to 60% in areas Alpha Neem is used

Usage: USE ON ALL CROPS including, but not limited to: Alfalfa, Almond & All Nut Trees, Apple, Asparagus, Avocado, Banana, Barley, Beans, Berries, Broccoli, Cabbage, Carrot, Cashew, Cassava, Cauliflower, Cherries, Cocoa, Coconut, Cocoyam, Coffee, Cotton, Cucumber, Date, Eggplant, Garlic, Ginger, Grapefruit, Groundnut, Guava, Gum Arabic, Kiwi, Kola Nut, Lemon, Lentils, Lettuce, Lime, Maize, Mango, Melons, Millet, Oil Palm, Okra, Olive, Onion, Orange, Pawpaw, Peas, Peach, Pepper, Pineapple, Plantain, Plum, Pomegranate, Potatoes, Pumpkin, Raffia Palm, Rice, Rubber, Sesame, Shrubs, Sorghum (Guinea Corn), Soybeans, Spices (Cloves, Vanilla…), Spinach (Apon/Ogbono, Bitter Leaf, Efo, Ewedu,..), Squash, Sugar Beets, Sugar Cane, Sweet Potatoes, Tangerine, Tea, Tobacco, Tomatoes, Ugwu, Wheat & Yam; Floriculture, Forestry & Landscaping.

Application Rates
Apply 2.5 L/Ha Alpha Neem diluted with 500 L (soft) water to cover infested crops, tree branches, stems and leaves surfaces. If alkaline or hard water were used, complete solubility and effectiveness are compromised, as separation or scum might occur. In this case, treat the mixture with any of the following: 0.5 - 1.0 L of an anionic Softening Agent, Citric Acid, Lemon Juice or Vinegar, in order to obtain a pH value of about 6.

Application Instructions & Timing
In order to have an optimal application effect, always use freshly made mixtures. Avoid using Alpha Neem with alkaline chemicals, chelating agents including EDDHA, EDTA and pesticides with sulfur or metallic ions (i.e. iron, manganese, zinc, etc.). It is best to apply mixture very early morning or evening and NOT in full day sunlight or when prevailing temperature is more than 29°C (longer drying time mean better product effectiveness).

Apply Alpha Neem at the specified rate at periods of peak egg hatching, crawler activity and emergence or first appearance of disease infestation. Infested crops, leaves, stems and branches should be thoroughly sprayed with the mixture. Repeat as needed 7-10 days until  infestation is under control or eliminated. For serious infestations, repeat every 3 - 4 days until control or elimination is manifested.
